We ship from Devon across the UK using Royal Mail. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Ready-to-buy items are usually sent within 3–5 working days of payment.
For bespoke commissions or made-to-order pieces, lead times will be confirmed before production begins.
Returns
If your order is not quite right, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Unused ready-to-buy items may be returned for a refund or exchange, provided they are sent back in their original condition.
Because bespoke items are made specifically for you, they may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
